Video Nasal Endoscopy

ENT experts utilize a procedure called video nasal endoscopy to see inside the sinus apertures and nasal passageways. It entails seeing inside the nose and sinuses with a thin, flexible tube called an endoscope that contains a light and a camera on the end.

The endoscope is carefully put into one nostril at Royal Pearl Clinic and progressed via the nasal passageways during the procedure. Our ENT expert can view the sinuses and inside of the nose in real-time through the endoscope's camera, which projects images onto a monitor. Video nasal endoscopy is frequently used to assess and diagnose diseases such as allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, deviated septum, nasal tumors, nosebleeds (epistaxis), and Chronic nasal congestion. This advanced imaging tool provides our specialists with a detailed, close-up view of the nasal and throat structures, enabling them to identify and evaluate a wide range of conditions.
